Counselling is a type of talking therapy where you can talk about your problems and feelings in a confidential and safe space. Counsellors are trained to provide professional assistance and guidance to resolve personal or psychological problems. They listen with empathy, and can help you to deal with any negative thoughts and feelings that you may be having.
Counselling can be used to help many different mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.
